2 kg oranges
100 g black olives
2 leeks
2 smoked herrings

Peel and chop the oranges
Clean and fillet the herrings (if with fishbone), prepare a platter; you can put the herrings rolled in the platter;
Peel and chop the leeks, season and add all the ingredients.
