We cook lamb curry three times a week with rice because my family likes to eat it. Lamb curry is a traditional food in my country.
I like to cook lamb curry because it is easy to cook for me.

Ingredients List of ingredients with quantity.
Half shoulder of halal lamb (cut in small peices)
2 tablespoons of curry powder
5 green chilli
Mix herbs
3 tomatoes
4 onions
1 head of garlic
5 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons of ginger
2 tablespoons of tomato puree
Black pepper
1 bunch of coriander

Firstly fry the onion until it is golden.
Then put the piece of lamb in for ten minutes and stir it.
Then add in the garlic and ginger and keep stirring for ten minutes.
After that put the curry powder, black pepper, green chilli and the mixed herbs and stir it for a few minutes.
After that cover it for about ten minutes and then sprinkle over the tomato, coriander and tomato puree. Lastly leave it to simmer on low heat for about 20-25 minutes. Then it is ready to eat!
