Fish curry is a popular dish for Bangladeshi families. It is one of the main dishes in our culture. You eat it with rice.
It is healthy to eat because of the fish oil and minerals.
I have eaten fish curry from a very young age, and my father always says it brings back memories of Bangladesh.
Also the recipe is very easy to cook.

Ingredients List of ingredients with quantity.
2-3 tomatoes
½ bunch of coriander
2 packets of fillet fish
2-3 onions
5-6 chillies
½ teaspoon chilli powder
½ teaspoon haldi powder
½ teaspoon coriander powder
½ cup of vegetable oil
4-5 cloves of garlic
2-3 teaspoon of paprika powder

Put the oil in the pan and chop onions in the pan. Add chillies and garlic.
When the onions has become soft, put in all the spices and add tomatoes and water (1 cup).
Fry fish in the frying pan and when the colour has changed put in the pan with the onions, tomatoes chilli and garlic.
Let it boil, then put it in a low gas.
After 10 minutes add the fresh coriander, turn off the curry and serve with rice.
