This dish reminds me of Christmas time in rural Africa when people will be cultivating their crops.
The dish was prepared for lunch time and served with a cup of tea in the sun.

Ingredients List of ingredients with quantity.
500 g flour (self rising)
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
50 ml milk or water
100 gr sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1 litre cooking oil to deep fry
Desiccated coconut or grated fresh coconut

Mix all the ingredients into a mixture
Heat oil in a saucepan
Use a tablespoon to drop the mixture bit by bit in the oil until all the mixture is finished.
Cook until golden brown
Prick with a fork in the middle to make sure is thoroughly cooked
Place on a plate and serve with tea
