1 cup dried chick peas, 1 large onion, chopped, 2 cloves of garlic, 3 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped, 1 teaspoon of coriander, 2 teaspoon of cumin, 3 tablespoon of flour, salt and pepper, oil to fry.

Steps
Put the chick peas in cold water and soak over night. After they have soaked, blend until soft. Mix them into a food processor along with the chopped onion, garlic cloves, parsley, flour, salt, cumin, ground coriander, and flour for 2 minutes. Mould the mixture into balls, then put oil in a pan and fry the falafel until dark brown.
