Personal story:
I chose my recipe because my mother and aunt used to make it when I was a child. I then made it for my family. It was a great favourite it has porridge oats in so is quite good for you.

12 x 8 swiss roll tin, pan, large bowl, large spoon, fork

Ingredients List of ingredients with quantity.
250 g each of flour, porridge oats, sugar, margarine.
½ teaspoon bicarbonate
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas

Melt margarine in a pan, mix together flour, oats, sugar, and bicarbonate. Stir mix into melted marge Add eggs 1 mix Put half mixture into greased swiss roll tin and spread out. Mash bananas roughly and spread on top. Spread for 30 minutes in a preheated oven on gas mark 5 When cool cut into squares
