Ingredients (List of ingredients and their amounts)
3 potatoes, 4 carrots, 2 courgettes, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 stock cube, 1⁄2 kg rice, oil, 1 chilli pepper, pepper.

Steps
Peel potatoes, carrots and courgettes and chop them into cubes, then heat 4 spoons of oil in a pan, add the vegetables, the stock cube and the chilli pepper and leave them for approximately 20 minutes. In the meantime cook the rice in hot salted water; when it is cooked, drain and put it in a pan, then add the vegetables without mixing them with the rice, in order to create a colored combination.
