Ingredients (List of ingredients and their amounts)
4 medium potatoes, 3 carrots, 600g chickpeas, 1 onion, 1 can of peeled tomatoes, oil, salt/pepper, garlic, 2 bay leaves, curry.

Steps
Chop the onion and grind the garlic. Peel carrots and potatoes. Sear onion, carrots and garlic with oil, salt, pepper and curry. Add the tomato and cook for 5 minutes. Add potatoes and chickpeas (already cooked in the pressure cooker) Cook all together for 20 minutes.
